Wie berichtet, braucht der Klagenfurter Airport dringend eine Geldspritze. Vorgesehen waren 3,7 Millionen Euro. Davon sollte Mehrheitseigent\u00fcmer Lilihill (Franz Peter Orasch) rund 2,8 Millionen \u00fcbernehmen, die K\u00e4rntner Beteiligungsverwaltung (KBV) rund 740.000 Euro und die Stadt Klagenfurt 185.000 Euro. Die KBV verwaltet die Anteile des Landes am Flughafen (rund 20 Prozent). Der Hintergrund: Die Flughafengesellschaft hatte in der Vorwoche Vizeb\u00fcrgermeister Philipp Liesnig (SP\u00d6), er ist auch Beteiligungsreferent, schriftlich bescheinigt, das Bezugsrecht auf sowohl Oraschs als auch den Teil der KBV aus\u00fcben zu k\u00f6nnen. Begr\u00fcndet wurde dies von der Flughafenbetriebsgesellschaft damit, dass Orasch erst einzahlen wollte, wenn Land und Stadt auf die sogenannte Call Option verzichten w\u00fcrden. Also das Recht auf R\u00fcckholung des Flughafens. Was beide ablehnten. Dann erkl\u00e4rten die Flughafen-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer, darunter auch Orasch, dass auch die KBV eine Bedingung abgegeben habe (dass beide anderen Gesellschafter einzahlen). Beide Forderungen (Oraschs und die der KBV) seien aber nicht eingetreten und w\u00fcrden auch nicht mehr eintreten k\u00f6nnen, weswegen die Stadt die Teile der beiden anderen \u00fcbernehmen d\u00fcrfe. Euro) zu \u00fcbernehmen. Dies wird aller Voraussicht nach auch passieren. Allerdings im &#8211; alten &#8211; Beteiligungsverh\u00e4ltnis von 80:20 (Land:Stadt). Die Stadt Klagenfurt wird nach der heutigen Beratung, in der B\u00fcrgermeister Christian Scheider (Team K\u00e4rnten), Liesnig und auch andere Stadtsenatsmitglieder wie etwa Sandra Wassermann (FP\u00d6) dabei sind, n\u00e4chste Woche noch einen Sonderstadtsenat und einen Sondergemeinderat durchf\u00fchren. Die Zeit dr\u00e4ngt: Man muss sich bis 10. Mai entscheiden, ob man Oraschs Anteile \u00fcbernimmt. Wenn ja, dann ist die \u00f6ffentliche Hand Mehrheitseigent\u00fcmer am Flughafen und kann die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung austauschen. Das m\u00f6chte auch Martin Payer, er ist KBV-Vorstand. Auch Liesnig ist nicht abgeneigt, die Kapitaltranche Oraschs zusammen mit der KBV zu stemmen. Von der \u00d6VP, sie will seit Monaten die Call Option ziehen, h\u00f6rt man, sie traue dem Antritt Liesnigs nicht. Teil der L\u00f6sung k\u00f6nnte die B\u00fcrgermeisterpartei Team K\u00e4rnten werden. Ihr wird jedoch Sympathie f\u00fcr Orasch nachgesagt. Die Frage wird sein, ob man sich die nach dem Chaos am Airport und den <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediapartizan.at\/?p=6158\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gehaltsproblemen <\/a>noch wird leisten k\u00f6nnen? <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Liesnig argumentiert, dass die Call Option wohl &#8211; zumindest optisch &#8211; leichter zu ziehen sei, &#8222;wenn zuerst die Kapitalerh\u00f6hung durchgef\u00fchrt wird und Orasch in der Minderheit ist&#8220;. Ansonsten man ihn auch nicht aus der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung bekommen w\u00fcrde, so Liesnig.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Schlussendlich r\u00e4tselt alles, ob Orasch bei der Kapitalerh\u00f6hung &#8211; durch die aufschiebende Bedingung, dass die Altgesellschafter die Call Option h\u00e4tten fallen lassen m\u00fcssen &#8211; ein Fehler unterlaufen ist oder ob dahinter ein Man\u00f6ver in Kombination mit einer m\u00f6glichen Insolvenz des Airports steckt? <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update 14:05 Uhr<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Laut \u00fcbereinstimmenden Informationen aus der Stadtpolitik wurde die \u00dcbernahme der Kapitaltranche Oraschs im Verh\u00e4ltnis 80:20 (Land:Stadt) beschlossen. In Folge soll es auch zur Call Option kommen, wie man h\u00f6rt. Im Stadtsenat soll die Kapitalerh\u00f6hung per Uml\u00e4ufer beschlossen werden. Vor dem 10. Mai werde noch ein Sondergemeinderat tagen.
