Wie nun bekannt wurde, haben sich drei Gesellschaften aus dem Orasch-Reich von ihren Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrern verabschiedet. Es handelt sich dabei um die Lilihill RE Holding GmbH, die Lilihill DevCon GmbH und die Lilihill Financial Services GmbH. Den zwei Ersteren stand Peter Godec-Zobernig als Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer vor, die Financial Services GmbH f\u00fchrte Katrin Teis. Beide wurden in ihrer T\u00e4tigkeit vollst\u00e4ndig und f\u00fcr die gesamte F\u00fchrungsdauer entlastet. <\/p>\n

Negatives Eigenkapital<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Teis ist keine Unbekannte. Sie war gemeinsam mit Orasch Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin der K\u00e4rntner Flughafen Betriebsgesellschaft, bevor wie erw\u00e4hnt Land und Stadt die Rei\u00dfleine zogen. Warum Godec-Zobernig und Teis abberufen wurden, ist nicht bekannt. Lilihill beantwortet keine Journalisten-Anfragen. Die Lilihill RE Holding GmbH hatte 2022 kein sonderlich bemerkenswertes Minusergebnis (rund -33.000 Euro). Die DevCon, das ist die Entwicklungs- und Konzeptgesellschaft Oraschs, hatte ein negatives Eigenkapital von 1,3 Millionen Euro. F\u00fcr welche die Lilihill Capital Group GmbH – Oraschs „Auffanggesellschaft“ – gerade steht. Sie hatte 2022 ein Eigenkapital von 30 Millionen Euro. Wenngleich es 2022 hohe Verbindlichkeiten der Gruppe gab. Orasch stie\u00df 2023 jedoch mehrere Klagenfurter Projekte an die Industriellenfamilie von Erhard Schaschl ab.<\/p>\n

Auch die Lilihill Financial Services GmbH, deren Chefin Teis war, steht im Jahr 2022 mit einem negativen Eigenkapital von 200.000 Euro im Firmenbuch. In allen drei Gesellschaften ist Orasch nun alleiniger Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer. Ob Teis und Godec-Zobernig generell aus dem Lilihill-Reich ausgeschieden sind, ist nicht bekannt. Die Lilihill-Website ist seit einiger Zeit wie eine geschlossene Gesellschaft: Nur wer registriert ist und Login-Daten eingibt, kommt zu weiteren Informationen. Aber beide, Teis als auch Godec-Zobernig, werden vom Datenportal Northdata lediglich als (Ex-)Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer der hier angef\u00fchrten GmbH\u00b4s gef\u00fchrt. <\/p>\n
