Die Mischmaschinen rotieren. Und eine Baugrube ausgehoben werden. Allein: Dem ist nicht so. Dem geplanten neuen Klagenfurter Hallenbad k\u00f6nnte eine Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeitspr\u00fcfung (UVP) drohen. Die Gr\u00fcnde werden in der Story <a href=\"https:\/\/www.derstandard.at\/story\/3000000218058\/dem-klagenfurter-hallenbad-steht-das-wasser-bis-zum-hals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8222;Klagenfurter Bad steht Wasser bis zum Hals&#8220;<\/a> im heutigen <em>STANDARD<\/em> aufgelistet. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Mediapartizan.at ist im Besitz mehrerer vertraulicher Charts aus den Stadtwerken Klagenfurt (STW), die es als \u00e4u\u00dferst unrealistisch erscheinen lassen, dass in Klagenfurt vor den Kommunalwahlen 2027 indoor gebadet werden kann. Wie der <em>STANDARD<\/em> berichtet, kam es zwischen der Bauabteilung der Stadt Klagenfurt und den STW zu einem vertrauensgef\u00e4hrdenden Zwischenfall, da die Stadt den Bauakt f\u00fcr das Hallenbad aus Sicht der STW unn\u00f6tig verfr\u00fcht an das Land K\u00e4rnten schickte, um eine UVP-Feststellungspr\u00fcfung zu beantragen. Die STW geben im Hallenbad-Lenkungsausschuss an, von der Stadt aufgefordert worden zu sein, ein Gutachten zu liefern, das bescheinige, dass eine UVP-Pflicht nicht n\u00f6tig sei. Danach arbeitete man drei Szenarien aus, die beschreiben, wie hoch die Mehrkosten durch die UVP-Feststellung sein k\u00f6nnten und: politisch brisant &#8211; wie lange die Er\u00f6ffnung hinausgeschoben werden muss.  <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mediapartizan.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Bild-3.png?resize=701%2C335&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9001\" width=\"701\" height=\"335\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mediapartizan.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Bild-3.png?resize=1024%2C491&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mediapartizan.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Bild-3.png?resize=300%2C144&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mediapartizan.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Bild-3.png?resize=1536%2C737&amp;ssl=1 1536w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.mediapartizan.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/Bild-3.png?w=1692&amp;ssl=1 1692w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 701px) 100vw, 701px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Und das ist das Resultat der Entscheidung des Lenkungsausschusses: &#8222;UVP-Szenario 2&#8220; hei\u00dft, das Alpen-Adria-Sportbad sperrt ehestens im Fr\u00fchjahr 2027 auf. Da d\u00fcrfte die n\u00e4chste Gemeinderatswahl schon geschlagen sein. Was bedeutet: Das bis zur Wahl h\u00f6chstwahrscheinlich nicht er\u00f6ffnete Bad wird vermutlich in die Wahlkampf-Schlammschlacht hineingezogen.
