Es ist keine drei Wochen her, da verk\u00fcndeten die beiden Unternehmer Helmut Steiner und Bernd Hinteregger die \u00dcbernahme des sogenannten „Rondo“ in St. Kanzian am Klopeiner See. Der Fleck mitten im Ort war in letzter Zeit durch einen Bauzaun in visuelle Mitleidenschaft gezogen worden. Eigent\u00fcmer der Liegenschaft am Seenweg 3 – 5, das ist die Adresse, an der das Rondo residiert, war der ehemalige Flughafen-Investor Franz Peter Orasch. Seine LVMO Beteiligung GmbH besa\u00df 100 % an der Seenweg 3 – 5 GmbH. Die gab sie nun zu 74,9 Prozent an die STH Privatstiftung rund um den Knittelfelder Immobilienunternehmer Helmut Steiner und zu 25,1 Prozent an die B14 Hotelbetriebs GmbH des Hoteliers und TV-Wagniskapital-Verteilers (2 Minuten – 2 Millionen; Puls 4<\/em>) Bernd Hinteregger ab. Dieser ist zu 50 Prozent an der B14 beteiligt.<\/p>\n

Nun hat Orasch eine weitere Gesellschaft verkauft: Die Ossiacher Zeile 68 GmbH. An dieser Adresse findet sich in Villach ein zweist\u00f6ckiges Haus. Eigent\u00fcmerin war Oraschs Lilihill Real Estate GmbH. Vor vier Wochen, am 28. Juni, unterschrieb Orasch den Wechsel der Eigent\u00fcmerschaft zur Hinterlegung beim Firmenbuch. Ein Kaufpreis ist bei beiden Gesellschaften in Firmenbuch-Unterlagen nicht zu finden. Gekauft haben die Gesellschaft je zur H\u00e4lfte wiederum die STH Privatstiftung bzw. die Steiner Immobilienverwaltung GmbH, beides Gesellschaften aus dem Umfeld Steiners. Der gekauften Gesellschaft geh\u00f6ren etwa 43 Prozent der Fl\u00e4chen des Geb\u00e4udes (Anteil 43046\/100000)<\/p>\n

Der letzte verf\u00fcgbare Jahresabschluss (2022) zeigt bei der Seenweg 3 – 5 GmbH ein negatives Eigenkapital von knapp 257.000 Euro. Bei der Ossiacherzeile 68 Immobilien GmbH (2022) eines von lauen 1500 Euro. Die B14 GmbH, die zu je 50 Prozent Hinteregger und der STH Privatstiftung zuzurechnen ist, hat ein Eigenkapital von 146.000 Euro (2023). Die Steiner Immobilienverwaltung GmbH eines von 802.000 Euro (2022).<\/p>\n
